WHEN:  If you place your order before 3pm PST, your order will ship out the same day.(*)  Most items ship out the same day if you place your order before 3pm PST. 

WHERE:  All items ship from the West Coast, from our offices in Portland, OR or California. HYDE items ship from New York. 

HOW: We ship out USPS and FedEx. Upon checkout, you will receive options and pricing on your preferred shipper. Orders that qualify for "Free Shipping" are shipped via USPS and take 3-5 days for delivery. Expedited delivery is available. If you're items are not able to ship out within 24 hours we will contact you via phone or email.

TRACKING: All packages have tracking numbers and delivery confirmation. Once orders are shipped, you will receive a "shipped" notification via email with your tracking number. You can track your package thru our website by visiting "My Account".

We accept returns of your items within 30 days of your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges are processed within 7 days of receiving your package.  Please make sure your items are re-sellable and unwashed, un-worn and tags still attached.  

The following items are NOT able to be returned: sale merchandise, headbands, yoga accessories (mats & towels)

Both returns & exchanges fill out our RETURN form and mail back your items to our offices at the address below:

If you are exchanging, note the styles/ colors/ size that you would like instead on the form and we will waive the shipping fees. If you don't have a printer to print out the form just send us the following information on paper:  Full Name, Address, Phone, Email, Order # (if possible)
